Pinoy Pride: Marcelito Pomoy stunned everyone on America’s Got Talent The Champions!

Updated: Jan 15

Do you still remember Marcelito Pomoy? A Filipino singer who joined Pilipinas Got Talent in 2011 to look for his family and won the grand finals of the second season.

After winning Pilipinas Got Talent, he decided to take his career to the US. He was first recognized abroad for his golden female voice when he appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” in 2018 and personally met Celine Dion.

Marcelino Pomoy made the country proud again when he sings " The Prayer" in Americas Got Talent and gets a standing ovation because of his ability to sing both female and male parts.

Cowell gave Pomoy a perfect score of 10 because of his incredible performance.

That was so unique, you are a beautiful, wonderful singer with a young woman trap inside of you," added Howie Mandel.

"I want to see something different, something unique and Marcelito you just gave that to us. It was brilliant," Dixon said.

"Honestly, this is one of the craziest things I ever heard in my entire life. Your voice, your range, your sound is just so out of this world," Klum shared.

Congratulations, Marcelito Pomoy!
